Need some badges done. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for an artist to make 2 traditional badges, one for Slick and one for Pippin, in the style of characters from Firefly. Slick would be Jayne, and Pippin would be Wash. I'll have to get with Wezen for what details she wants, but my requests are: wearing the yellow and orange tuque, and wielding Vera.
