Well, I was introduced to the latest incarnation of Windows Live Messenger and the capacity for animated Display Pictures was just screaming out to me. So I spent six hours throwing this li'l thing together. I forgot how fun animating is, it's such a shame you need to find such a large gap of free time to do anything decent with it.
