We were out in the hammock, and I heard it.
That familiar midi-sounding song.
The song... OF THE ICE CREAM TRUCK.
My long time nemesis, avoiding me since I was a child. Always a block away, or appearing when I had no money.
Last year, I caught him. Twice. He was stopped at the park, spawn camping. Clever bastard.
But I heard him today, in the distance. He did not come my way though. But that's fine.
The season is just starting.
