So, home here, at my parents place, with a concussion. Taking this time to find out some stuff about my license...
I am an autist. I was a good little citizen, naive as i was, i declared this when getting my license.
400 euros of extra costs for testing later, i had a licence for only 3 years.
Now, i called about, since i know they ebolished testing for autism.
Turns out, because i already have a licence under condition, they can still extort me, by forcing me to re-test, since an expert need to clear me. An expert working for them, who I need to pay out of my own pocket, over 200 euros again.
Then that guy will, in a fifteen minute conversation, determine wether or not my AUTISM, a condition that does not get worse or better, has gotten worse or not. And then he has to clear me, or more likely, tell me to come back in three years to pay him again, because the law here doesn't seem to know what a conflict of interest is.
And no, there is no legal ground for me to challenge this, because every instance involved is goverment sanctioned, and since they dont give me the posibility to object, any lawyer is powerless. And so, sitting here with a concussion, having missed out on the fair i wanted to be at so badly, being in pain again, i learned that i will also have to throw money away if i want to keep driving, and will be thrown in a massive govermental clusterfuck once more. So much for my mood, i feel like just falling in bed and not waking up till tomorrow again...
