This is a bit of a follow up to my last journal where I was looking for feedback on a few things from you guys.
This one is a bit more directed at those of you I have worked with in the past. Lately I feel like I havent been as involved with customer satisfaction as I should, but I didnt really know how to address that. I try to provide the best service I can, but at the end of it all I find myself feeling somewhat unsure of my performance and like I should be doing more to give you guys a way to easily give feeback on your experience working with me!
Anyways! Here it is! The new and shiny customer satisfaction survey!
