This is not a first come first serve list, but I will try to be fair about how and who I pick. Bonuses for fun or interesting themes, cute characters, & people who have been waiting for these to open.
I'll give this journal 2 - 3 days to pick people, that way people have a chance to see it and apply if they've been waiting :3

I'm not going to set a definite number on how many of these I'll take--probably 4-5, unless people mostly want simple things/icons!
