Wow, your list is similar to my own faves. Loved looking up photos of the Korean Jindo Dog, Belgian Malinois Dog, and Yapok which I knew nothing about, always love learning of new species and breeds. :)
By far, I have to include a David Tennant somewhere though, such an wibbly wobbly breed of timey wimey goodness!

Bobcats and lynxes are my favorites, but pretty much any cats. Velociraptors are neat and not too common. Equines are surprisingly uncommon, and unicorns are super cool.
