So today I obtained some nice new boots for casual wear. I love them already. ^-^

They feel so much better than the awful pair of "dressy" shoes I bought the other day for job searching. They looked nice and felt fine in the store, but when I wore them home (mainly because my old shoes had literally fallen apart and were being held together by their own elastic laces) and around town to pass out resumes and apps, they rubbed my heels bloody raw! My socks were absorbing the blood!

So of course I saved the recipt and today we returned them, hardly a fuss, cash back, happy day.

And tonight just recently I'm in the artist studio with Stephen and I finally drew Nidonemo's face in my own style...and it felt so wonderful. I finally have an artistic identity. I'm not relying on my little Tails recolor sheet, I'm going to try to start sketching my own face in my own style.

I'm also going to try and upload a very old picture I did a long time ago, an old "Face Off!" kind of scene I made before I had lost / forgotten my style. Also, I'm going to retouch it and bring it out in it's full glory by sending it through Illustrator and possibly Photoshop. :3

I feel so at peace with myself for the first time in months!
