Need some help finding an artist!

So I had a really crappy day at work today (which wound up in me being sent home after only working 2 hours. >.>), and no, I don't want to explain what happened.
However, due to this incident, I had a very powerful vent art idea pop into my head. And that's where I need your guys' help!
I want an artist who can do very emotional pieces and work with winged creatures. I am going to be picky on my styles though, as I have a certain image in mind, and I want the style to match (which is why I didn't go to my usual artists first).
If you guys could suggest some people, I'd really appreciate it! ^^
