You know. Most times when people create a species its something that already exists.
Like for example there is a species, I am not naming which, but has a dragon that has feathers instead of scales. This isn't really a new concept towards regular dragons. It's already been done, but I don't think it should be a closed species and such for the sheer fact it isn't new.
That is like if I made grape kool aid and called it grape jamboree cause I put tiny umbrellas in the glasses. Does it make it a totally new concept cause there is an umbrella? Or is it still KoolAid? The correct answer would be its still fucking KoolAid.
I see people get real butt hurt if they make a character similar to their closed species. Well, I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think you can really stop them from doing it after you introduced them to the internet.
That's like if Sega sued anyone who made their own Sonic OC. Cause Hedgehogs are an actual thing. You're really upset cause they are drawing them in the fashion that you did. Its the same concept.

This is the kool aid issue. You can't make cookies out of your oven and slap on a sticker and call them chocolate chips ahoy. It is not the same thing. YOU know it. I know it. The whole world knows it.
