Hello everyone! I know it's been forever since my last journal post and god knows if any of you guys actually read this thing but I'm here to say that I'll be trying harder on my Tumblr blog to get it rolling. I really want to get into journalism (more into video game/entertainment journalism) so I'll have to be giving it my all. And yes, I know, a blog is just a dumb blog about some dumb guy, talking about their dumb life, but I need this. It's not just my life either, I'll be trying my hand at game reviews, movie reviews, all kinds of entertainment news, just to sort of get my feet wet in every form of media outlet.

But there's more! On top of all that, I'll be trying out GIMP 2 to get used to making my own backgrounds/avatars and whatever. I'll be honest, I don't expect anything to great as I figure I'm good with abstract/cool shapey things for backgrounds, and my god will making a new personalized avatar/icon for my blog be hard but I'd like to believe these are necessary steps.
