its 15 for a bronze star that allows you to use the normal traits and warm or pastel pallets (limit 3 colors) and can only have the stripped pattern
20 dollars for a silver star which allows you to use cool shades and the rare traits, theese may have a spotted pattern and have a chance to be born as a chugga (large chu)
30 dollars for the gold star which is free reign of all traits and pattern
