so i found out what was the problem....apparently there was a magnetic frequency that was distorting the connection between my laptop and the wifi router.
in poor words: i lost about 5 euros for nothing.
In other news i found this on the internet:

apparently killing attack dogs who are attacking you on Call of Duty World At War is bad and can lead you to kill dogs. I think the real crime here is the fact that the wierdo who said that named his dog Winnie the Pooh.
