StarFox isn't good with the ladies/The tone of PizzaCats

General
Not talking about Fox himself,
I don't know if he's having any problems with the ladies,
or about his love life,
but more like the Star Fox series itself
always mess-up having more female characters opportunities.
example 1 Star Fox 2
a finish canceled game that left two female characters,
who are not even rebooted or mention in any other series.
kinda a waste of new faces and opportunities to know them, (haven't played the rom)
and kinda dumb idea to cancel the game as well
what they where thinking? Nintendo fans won't buy the N64 and keep the Snes still?
and Star Fox Adventures aka Dino Planet that been shafted with star fox in it
Krystal... she got the short end of the stick,
becomes a minor sidekick in her own game,
and Fox kinda odd being out place and out of his element,
and ruining someone else's original story and spot light...
I think Dino Planet would been good by-itself
if it needs to have 'star fox' in it, say it's in the same universe,
reference a few star fox stuff, saying it's one of the planets that still in it's primal stage in the universe,
then have a twist ending, star fox visit the planet.
and if it fails, it fails, but just tagging a famous IP/mascot on it for the lead
just to boost sales...
that might not work, it might have a opposite effect like that popular mascot reputation gets boosted down instead.

so Pizza cats or
in the USA version Samurai pizza cats or originally from Japan
Kyatto Ninden Teyandee (Cat Ninja Legend Teyandee)
gheese the same show, but not the same at the same time, and way two different tones
of voice dubbing.
I prefer the original Japanese dubbing then the Abridge American version
and thats right the American version is mostly a abridge dub-over,
like team four star, made up new line that is way different then the original script is.
and the tone of the two,
the Japan version seems "calmer"
the American seem more "hyper"
Just watch these intros to compare,
these intros will set the tone for their show's counter parts.

Because the Japanese version was more "serious".
it wasn't bad it was entertaining for sure
and it's no team four star funny good,
but when I start watching the original (with subtitles)
I kinda like it more, then the abridge version.
It's been a well-known fact that Samurai Pizzacats was abridged, it's one of the first such shows. Not that the Japanese original is any less silly, mind you. I frankly, haven't watched it since I was a kid, was never much of a fan of the show.
yeah Samurai Pizza cats was like the first abridge series,
I been watching them on youtube and the Japanese version I kinda like more
reading what the original stuff and jokes was
it was post to be about a brother and sister to rescue their dad.
and I thought it was a bad idea to tag in a existing franchise
and overwriting the original game like that.
Like I said they could have said, it base on the star fox universe,
but being it's own original game and referencing star fox stuff
and like I said before, tagging on another franchise
wouldn't help "if" the game was bad, it just make the good
franchise looked bad as well if the game failed.
mostly they mess up one of their game icon's reputations,
by changing the story so it isn't itself anymore, and badly adding star fox in to "boost" it sales.
Same here as with Skylanders, which they pretty much advertised by adding Spyro and Cynder to the mix... For at least 2 games they were the "faces" of the game, but by now the game is so popular it can stand alone and work without the "big names" to pull it. So it worked out well for the publishers.
not being over shadowed of a old icon,
Skylanders... well now it's stand alone because of Spyro
bet it would did find with out the name, and that was more like a guest
star, not a overwritten the whole game.
and I don't see people asking for Star Fox Adventures 2,
you only fly in the ship like what?, 5-10 minutes in the whole game?
and a lot of star fox fans say it was like the only one mistake Miyamoto's made.
all old games were new icons once, so why isn't there more new icons then?
it's ok to have famous characters as a guest, but replacing the whole new game with a new mascot with an old one, is kinda selfish.
I frankly, dunno how much people wanted Starfox games - I never played any of them, as I don't have consoles. But I don't like space simulators, anyway. The second game would have been more to my liking.
Look at it this way, though - even an overshadowed Krystal managed to become THE furry icon for furries for decades to come. And we might not have had her at all if it wasn't for Starfox, since the studio might not have released the original Dinosaur Planet game that way.
I like space combat if it's good I know the early ones were rail shooters before free roam space shooter.
but like i;m saying it's a miss opportunity, as Krystal could be added later,
making StarFox into "Dino Planet" didn't went well
like making Banjo Kazooie into a odd build a car game... but not as bad.
as it not labeling itself as a spinoff... and not being a good spin-off...
Well I don't want to compare this, to the Resident Evil movies
lol overwriting some else story and plot and doing a awful job on it,
and having nothing to do what to title of the franchise is about.
or better saying for it, Star Fox Adventure isn't a Star Fox game
My point still is, probably "Dino Planet" wouldn't have been released in Europe and USA at all if it didn't became integrated into Starfox - hence, Krystal would have never existed. And I think we can all agree that'd have been a worse option. IT is a reworked game that was never meant to be a Starfox game, yes... but if it wasn't integrated into Starfox, probably it wouldn't have been released at all, or would only be some obscure Japan-only release today, and no Krystal fanart ever would exist, no?
Yeah, that was a bad move, and essentially killed Banjo Kazooie. But Starfox didn't die there, in fact he still lives on, he even got an Amiboo figure (his first toy, AFAIK).
Y'heard about that Rareware kickstarter where they are making a similar game, called Ooka/Leelee? With a chameleon and a bat. It's basically Banjoo Kazooie with new characters.
LOL, whenever I hear of the RE movies, the song "Alice, who the fuck is Alice?" comes to mind. They make a movie of the series, and put a brand new character as the main character, who never existed in the games? Then again, the story is all messed up and stupid, too. Mind you, I never played the games so I didn't care, but yeah, it upset the fans. Then again - show me ANY good video game movies. Maybe Postal, because it's as stupid and messed-up as the game - in fact, Uwe Boll and the game's creator kill each other in the movie...
