If you're an artist who uses the family gifting purposes just to avoid the paypal fees,
now's about time to change that unless you'd like to get charged with 2500$ fine. If
Paypal catches you, you're in deep shit. Either change your prices to deal with the fee,
or just accept the fee. :x

Nice to know Paypal is getting on that.
I mean, I am guessing the crack down is due to paypal and ebay seperating. And, frankly, I understand why they are gonna crack down on this.
So glad the only reason I use the family/gifts is for that reason.
