Hmmm, probably a handshake or science. Science is great if you can get your hands on helmets or the like, but barring that, a firm, soul wrenching handshake can do the trick.

It depends. If taking over a body can preserve the personality and memories for my use at any time, I'm more inclined to take over the body. Otherwise probably could go either way?
