Okay, so the past week has been an on and off thing about if one of our roommates is going to move out or staying. Well we finally got an answer they are going to move out. So we're looking for a new roommate! 4 Bedroom house 2 open rooms available , Rent is paid by room, utilities are split evenly as well(So if you have a BF/GF you both only pay for that room, you both can split it anyway you like.)

Requirements:

Stable Job (we're all adults have to take care of yourself when it comes to paying your bills.)

Stable Minded: No one is perfect but would be nice to have another person who has common sense.

People person: Have a big house hold here we all like to interact and hang out with one another. Shyness is expected, but we don't bite.

Transportation or some means of getting around town if needed, there are bus systems here as well if you are going down that route.

Cleanliness: :I Major thing here, everyone makes their own messes now and then but please have the respect to pick up after yourself.

Not to picky on anything else. Gay,Bi,Straight don't care as long as you're willing to pay your share as well make new friends we shouldn't have an issue.
