I've seen so many different cartoons with a 'weight gain' scene, it's hard to pinpoint a specific one... but I'll try to choose one of my favorites...

How about "Jerry's Mom" from the "Tom & Jerry Kids" series (in which the maternal mouse decides to feed Tom, after he goes on an eating binge - after the cat was denied food earlier in the cartoon)?
