I got that a couple of days ago myself. I ended up clearing out FA's cookies and either restarting the browser or rebooting (I can't 100% recall). You'll have to sign in to FA again after clearing your cookies. That should solve the issue (it did for me).

If you're using Firefox or Pale Moon, you can clean out cookies from specific sites. I can't vouch for other browsers.

Cookies? Where?..

In your web browser... Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE... whatever program you're using to view FA on your computer. If you look in your web browser's configuration or preferences menu, there's usually a group of settings under "Privacy" or "Security" that should mention cookies. If your browser is able to search for specific cookies, search for "furaffinity.net" and it should come up with a small list. Delete them, then re-start your browser. You'll have to log into FA again, but (hopefully) your problem should be solved.
