I wish there more months in the year, that way I could fit everyone that replied in it...
However, I had an idea.
There will only be one character per month, and December will still be a group picture, with this change...
Everyone that replied in that last journal will have their character in the group picture for December!
I still have yet to decide who will be in each month though... Ah well, I just under 9 months to decide :D

You could also do two characters per month, or pictures with more than one person in it.

Also, I don't think I've even heard of an 18 month calender. Are they used for something specific, other than telling what day it is?
