i take it you mean in general rather than just adult work. you should avoid making pornographic art for people under 18 for legal reasons. my only issue with doing it for all commissions, regardless of rating, is that there probably isn't much to stop people lying, so you may only be punishing the honest. what are you concerns, and are there other ways to deal with them? perhaps make people pay in advance.
