Either that happens, or the contact only wants to RP.
Look, I like RPing. However I have my moods. And more importantly, I want to know people better before doing an RP. If nothing else then at least what your interests are in RPs, and maybe have a talk with that. I dislike constant RPing, especially if the RPing are just one-liners which becomes meh quickly.
Oh, and last thing: I highly appreciate people who start a conversation with me. like 98% of all my contacts never contact me first...
