What the hell is wrong with paypal

Is it really necessary for paypal to ask for a picture of a social security card and a utility bill just for proof. I asked one of my bros and he said they never put him through this. So whats up with that?

Paypal is just really becoming a pain in the butt to use i keep seeing almost the same type of journals from people having almost the same issues so your not the only one having that problem bro
