My Rats Love Balls

wow, if that's not the most inappropriate journal title I've ever had... lol
My pet rats, Gizmo and Gremlin (two femmes), love jingly cat toy balls (the plastic see thru kind). I give them a few each month... and they like to play fetch with them or play tackle the ball! It's 330 am and Gremlins chewing on her ball, while Gizmo is carrying one up 3 flights in their large cage and then dropping it to the floor... and then repeating. =) It's noisy fun... at 330 in the morning. >_<() Sometimes I wish I'd never given them such wonderful toys. Silly rats.

My housemate's rat on occasion escapes from it's cage, and the last time it did this is it walked up the stairs of the house and waited patiently by his door to be attended to in the morning. =-P
