Trasmission in progress... Hey all!
It's already the last few days of May! This spring/summer is going by lightning fast for me. Really excited about art I'm working on right now, and I can't wait to share it with all of you. Also getting ready to start my summer internship this week, thankfully it's only 10 hours per week, so it's SUPER manageable compared to other internships I've had. (Which is also great news for art!)
I think I need to make a ToS as I'm starting to take commissions. Does anyone have advice about writing one of these up? Also what, exactly, do they do? I don't know if they are actually legally enforceable at all? I guess it's helpful as it lays out terms for both parties.
Also new YCH contest WILL be up this week. It's going to either be Steven Universe themed or some sort of fun badge...what would you like to see first?

A TOS can essentially act as an agreement that a commisioner makes with you upon buying a commission. It''s sort of like a 'refunds' policy that can state in the effect of a concern over the product, you have terms that are associated with the service you are providing. Kind of like if you don't do refunds and someone requests a refund, if you have it in your terms of service that you don't, then there can be no expectation of a refund because they agreed to it. Stuff like that.
