did you get the peoples licence plate?

The driver showed up at the vet's office and left us her number but I honestly don't know what can even be done. I just want my puppy to be ok

She kinda did hit your dog, so its partially her obligation to help you get your puppy help :/

Um, be VERY careful going there. In many places unless the driver was seriously negligent, like driving on the sidewalk, they are actually completely free of any financial liability for the animal and the animal's owner can be held liable for any perceived damage to the vehicle.

We do have a witness that saw her speed through a flashing crosswalk but idk how reliable an 8 year old is
