Califur

So this is unexpected, but since I just arrived in Los Angeles for the month of June I'm actually going to be in a position to attend Califur. I'm told I could get an artist's alley table for Saturday and Sunday and maybe I can sell some things. Trouble is that I didn't know about this opportunity so I didn't bring along my usual items to sell or attract attention, ie: my car stickers, my original artwork pile, or my folders which show people walking by what my artwork is like if they'd never seen it before. Whoops! So the question running through my mind right now is "will it be worth it to attend?" and to answer that I thought I'd ask those out there reading this journal how many of you might be going to this convention? I guess if sales are lousy on Saturday I can just not head back on Sunday but I always like to be optimistic. What do you guys think?

Perhaps you can make some inexpensive, makeshift signs and sample pages at a print shop and that will be enough to get the attention of passersby. Or, if you have an iPad/tablet, perhaps create a photo slideshow of your work with that.
I hope it goes well! :)
I like you style and if it isn't to pricey I would like to commission you while you are there or maybe a trade if you like my style.
I can't say anything one way or another about how good sales are for artist alley, though
I remember you in this forum called AnimationNation a while back. I could have hallucinated the whole thing, but it would be sweet to see your artwork in person.
