Update for commissioners - Lost files

Update - June 23
The day after the journal got posted the computer finally kicked the bucket for good I was supposed to get my files from the company that fixed it but the files were blank when I got them. I been looking these past two weeks for a new one no such luck yet but I hopping the search is going to end soon so I can start over fresh.. I think I had enough bad news for a wile it be good to start over.

Update - June 3
So most of the files are gone for good now even with the reboot and repair I will be sending individual emails out very soon to ether restart from scratch or refund for the lost work. Its all I can do at this point I tried everything in my power to recover all my lost art ...
I try to be optimistic most of the time but I cant put a positive spin on this It's months if not years of my life's work gone.... All I can do is try over again with with I have left and start over as a artist.

Update - may24th
so like the suborn person I am I tried to continue my work despite the glitches and problems on my old computer wile still looking for a new one.. I even got some work nearly finished..
But now nearly ALL of my files are corrupted in one way or another I brought it in for repair after that but there's no guarantee the files aren't busted for good.. It's Extremely upsetting to me but I'm hoping for the best.
I be keeping you guys posted on my family's computer in the mean time until I have solid answers for you guys on the files and paintings.

Worse case scenario.....
If things continue to get worse or there absolutely no way to recover the corrupted files I will have to cancel and refund the work the work lost.. I pray it docent come to that as I been working very hard even when things got tough or time was tight and I really do care about the people who support me though out the years It would be devastating for me. I wish I could say it wont effect me start fresh so to speak but you guys are the reason I got this far and I truly care about every one of you ..
Regardless of the outcome I like to Thank you guys for being there for me. friends, commissioners, watchers, all of you.

If a professional cant fix the problem and I cant fix the problem not without effort on my part. I don't know what else to do.
I also know that it's worth checking Photoshop's cache files. Sometimes you can open the cache files in Photoshop and might be able to recover some files that way--although that doesn't always work.
