what a Fucking fun game this is.
for just over a week ive been decending in to a spiral of dispair, i dunno wtf's wrong with me! its really up and down but its really pissing me off. sunday was the worst i had a knotting in my stomach,i was shaking, felt like i was gonna start hyperventilating and i almost started crying (diddn't though).
i cant consentrate on anything, i statred 4 pics in the last month or so that i just cant finish, my pc seems to have joined in the fun of basically kicking me in the bollocks when i'm down.
as far as artwork goes,its all dead. atm (it could change).

If not, the stomach knotting combined with the other symptoms suggests that you might have some sort of physical illness. I think that you need to see a doctor.
If the doctor says that you are physically OK but just stressed and depressed, I'll be glad to suggest some safe, inexpensive, and usually effective natural remedies that won't require a prescription.
when i say notting i mean like really bad butterflies or a bit like hunger can affect u sometimes.
it has got better but its still there.
When you had the stomach cramps, did you feel hot or cold?
1) Enough fish oil capsules to give you 1 gram of DHA (an essential fatty acid) per day. You can get them in any supermarket. Take them with meals to avoid an upset stomach. The amount of DHA in each capsule will be listed on the label, probably on a back panel. You will have to take several capsules per day to get that much DHA. DHA is an essential nutrient that is frequently deficient in the diets of everyone who does not eat a lot of fish. It is essential for proper brain function and a deficiency can cause depression.
