Brief Philosophical Rant: Reproduction and parenthood.
Just something I've been wanting to get off my chest. Feel free to navigate elsewhere if you are not interested in this.
Someone needs to say it.
The Irony about the idea that all couples MUST reproduce and any couple that doesn't is against God is that it's actually destroying the world by being a heavy contributor to overpopulation. I feel that Homosexuals are the scientific/divine (However you wanna see it) plan to control a species's population in the most peaceful way manner. A sort of utilitarian approach. Everybody wins.
Even with heterosexual couples...Parenthood is NOT for everyone. It really is a very challenging thing. It takes a special kind of person to do it. If you can't do it, then that's okay! Nobody should be pressured into having children. One should only have children when they feel truly ready. If they never do, then there's nothing wrong with that.
As for myself, I don't think I'm ready right now to be a parent. If I ever feel that I can do it, I'd prefer to fulfill my genetic role and adopt rather than inseminate. Give a child a second chance.
Aside from the overpopulation portion, this is just me talking here.

With my lil babe due in about a month and a half, I know that I am ready, same with my fiance.
It's gonna be hard, but worth.
Yet, I agree. Don't need to be able to reproduce.
As well, it's proven that families with more kids, the kids aren't as smart. ;)
I think 2 is my max.
