It's been a while, right? You guys remember me, right? The guy who used to make lots of porn for yall...
Well, anyway, I'm creating this journal to ask your opinions on this: I'm thinking of making a Patreon page, and start working on content for it. I know some of you won't like the fact that i'll start producing paid content, but that's a way I can justify producing my beloved porn. It's better to have some limited free content than nothing, right?
Cuz, you see, despite comissions being a huge help for me, they don't last too long and demand a lot of work and time. I need something that creates a continuous income, so I have a better incentive to keep on producing. Of course I'll still make free stuff, but there will be also premium stuff, which mostly will be just an early access, so, in the end everyone will get most content for free, eventually.
I'd like to know how much support I'd get if I did that. I'd really like to be able to get back on this sort of stuff.
So, what do you guys think?

Unless you're saying that you prefer having fees that patreon levvies against you instead of commissions and donations?
Secondly, there's still the issue of following through- This is something you need to have a set quota for each month, which means it doesn't matter what excuses you have. If you fail to meet that quota? You aren't getting paid.
and I've got nothing against that sort of idea :3 I wouldn't be able to contribute at the moment but the idea sounds kosher to me

While I myself won't be able to contribute to this, I can imagine a ton of people who can will, so I think it's a good idea; besides, it can't hurt to try. If anyone gets all pissy because he or she feels excluded and starts spamming some shit like "IT'S MY PORN AND I WANT I NAOW!!", just ignore'em, if they like your art enough to do that then it's unlikely that they'll unwatch you for it :P

Dolorcin has a patreon and he did a thing where he did 4 sketch ideas and the patrons could vote on which would be made. In the end the result would be free for all.
Once you have your patreon page, do a little image advertising the fact, then I'll be sure to catch it as well.
It'll be a while before I could join in, should you get one (moving expenses and new job)
