Just a quick update for my watchers! And a joke!

Welcome to my mind.
What do you get when a sailor tries to carve letters during a storm?

Hey there, if you're wondering why I haven't posted much in the past week or so, well, there's two reasons for that.
Reason one is, I've been involved in crew with a very taxing play, and it's been taking up a lot of my free time that I'd otherwise be spending writing. And as soon as this show ends, I'm gonna be in another fun play that I'm super looking forward to doing. :D
Reason two is, I've been spending most of my writing time editing the longest single story I've ever written, and I'm only about halfway through editing it. I've debated posting sections of it as I finish them, but I think you'd all prefer the overall improved quality of waiting until the story is done. :)
So, there's the quick update from me. I am of course still writing: I still found time to write even when I've been putting in thirteen hour days over the past week, and I haven't yet let anything get in the way of me getting out my two thousand words a day.
Thank you all for watching, favoriting, commenting, commissioning, and of course, reading my stuff! It means a lot to me. I hope everyone has a quick day!

FA+

Because if they flew over the bay, they'd be bagels.
They're always crowing about their accomplishments.
Second: I hope you continue to do well with the play! ^^ I miss performing and being theater a lot, so that is really cool that you get a chance to do it!
and last: Keep on with the great writing! That is amazing that you let nothing stop you from putting in two thousand words a day, and I mean that. I did the nanowrimo one year and honestly struggled to produce two thousand words a day. I did it one year, but I failed the next year a I attempted! Keep it up, and I can't wait to read your next story. You put a lot of great thought into what you write, and I love that! ^^
A moose-ket.
Well, we're doing very well. It's just, you know, children's theatre. Yeah. Fortunately, the next show will be all adults. So yay.
Oh, heck yeah. I'm on a writing regimen. Two thousand plus words a day, and I don't get to go to bed until I've done that, no matter what else happened that day. What I'm editing is about ten thousand words shy of being suitable for NaNoWriMo, but that makes it a fine novella, and I can't really see how to increase that length without negatively impacting the story. And since I started in mid-April, I've written about 130,000 words.
130,000 since mid- April is quite impressive! I hope to be able to get back to some form of writing one day. I just need to manage my time as well as life better.
Doubloon down.
Heck, some days I've done more. For a while I was doing a 5k short story every day. And one day I ended up doing over 10,000 words. It's all very variable.
Have fun with your kickass play. They're so taxing. Sets, lighting, tech, cues, body posture, lines, tone, inflection, projection, characterization, tickets, promotion, costumes, recordings, rehearsal, and so forth.
Wish you luck hun!
Oh, and I'm calling the show, I forgot to mention that. Woooooo.
