Well as some of you know my home town is fighting off a record flood right now. I have been very busy this week helping out as much as i can w/ sandbagging building dikes and stuff. we finished building all the dikes tonight for a record crest of the river tomorrow. the previous record was set back in 1897 and we smashed it last night. they say it will still rise another foot and a half or so. the concern now is that they say it could stay that high for up to 7 days! we hope our dikes hold to protect our homes so please hope with me that they hold up cause...kitty only likes to get wet on his own terms...
