Well, that was a thing! Heading up to Irvine for the con was a totally unplanned thing, since I only found out about it on Thursday as my ship pulled in. Unfortunately, I can see why everyone refers to it as "one of the boring cons." But beggars can't be choosers, I guess, and I'm still really happy to have some kind of big thing to come home to. I'm back in the swing of things, yay! I got to see many old friends, get caught up with goings-on, and of course buy stuff for reasons. It's good to be back!
