You should still have an option into your account to verify it.
Check the paypal help for that.

You should be able to send verification e-mail again in the "unverified" thing.

as they said, there should be an option (in your profile, i think) to verify your e-mail (also, you should've gotten an e-mail sent to.. you.. e-mail XD to verify your account :3 so you should be ok by following the steps in there).
If you didn't receive an e-mail you can make paypal resend it, i think, by going to your profile or the place where you change or verify your e-mail.
after that, there should be a charge in your card for X quantity (like $20?) that will be returned once you verify your account C: (charge is made and it appears in your bank's.. transaction information? i'm not sure of the name in english, and it has a code so you use that code to verify your e-mail, the end XD)
