...I just give up on my hopes, dreams, promises and plans.
I couldn't keep my secrets any longer.
My biggest secret is that I have a Fursuit on queue for
onefurall for two years.
Now I found out that they are a disaster business without any form of communication, manipulating customers with their lies and most importantly, taking to god damned long.
It's not just me that is suffering from this I'm sure of that.
I was planning on debuting my Fursuit at FC 2016, but not that plan is shattered along with my wishes.
If OFA doesn't respond my latest email by the end of this month, I will demand for a refund and sue them for being a terrible business.
Besides, most of the fursuiters by them hate me anyway.
It hurts me very badly, that I just want to give up on everything I have planned in the future.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna be away from the Internet for I don't know how long.

I had to wait 3+ years till mine got completed so I know how you feel. They aren't a scam/fraud as they do deliver as I got Strawberry on the closet as we speak so to say that is a bit overkill. Of course this is no excuse for their practices and I don't support the lack of communication in any way, shape or form. It's not even the long waiting time but the long and tedious process without communication which is the most frustrating. I'm not sure how much you can do about a refund but it's always good to bring bad practices to light on both here but also on sites like artist beware etc. I'm a big fan of his style and love the fursuit they created for me and really hope they one day finally pull it together.

Second, calling them a fraud probably opens yourself up to counter litigation and maybe have been a breach of contact when you agreed to pay them. I don't know, best of luck.
Sorry you were hurt by these actions, my suit had similar experience where it tooks years and heartaches, but you didn't see me post a journal about it. Most of my "brothers" from same makers all had similar experiences too
