Question About Camera Mounts

Hey guys! So I'm thinking of setting up a webcam for live streaming of drawing, but I need A) a Camera and B) a mount setup for the camera on my desk. I've never done such a thing before, and I was wondering what other people do to set up such a thing.

I use xspliter to cam my desktop. Look into livestream, picarto, things like that. Just to see what you can do. I rarely do any livestreaming. It overheats my laptop.
