Long Overdue Introduction To FA
Hello furries and friends!
A month or so ago I began uploading stuff to Furaffinity (after having this account inactive for many years). I kinda hope that someone out their appreciates my doodles. My art is gonna be signed Punk-Pegasus even though this account is FlyerMiles. I just don't feel like giving up on this account, so I'm staying here.
About myself. Born and lived in Virginia my whole life. I guess you could say I was a fur as soon as I got into Sonic a bajillion years ago. And then four years ago it was MLP (which I still adore). I graduated James Madison University a month ago and I draw in my free time. I like guys...and gals, but honestly probably more guys than gals. Femboys are sexy as hell and goddamn I wish I could lose just a little bit more weight in real life and pull off that look. But I digress.
Oh, and I fucking love punk rock, hardcore punk, roller coasters, wresting, and taking naps. If you love those things too, we should get lunch some day.
I've got two OCs that I care about, both are 'sonas in a way. Ozzy is my sexy-ass otter babbu I've had him for fucking ever, and he's gone through many iterations. Yeah, he's my main 'sona
And this is Menzing. He's my ponysona, named after my favorite band, The Menzingers.
Always feel free to chat or ask me questions. I'm at the bottom of the "popularity" (whatever the fuck popularity is) ladder, so I'm approachable...I like hugs...and spooning. :3
See y'all around!

I started watching the show, for research, after doing a story on the local Brony/furry fandom* for my journalism degree. So one Saturday morning, my son walks in as I'm watching "A Dog and Pony Show". He stops, and after a moment, says, "y'know, it would have been less embarrassing if I'd caught you watching porn". But yeah, I got sucked into the show ...
Favourite pony - Rarity.
I was fairly involved in the Australian hardcore punk scene, back in the day. Of course, I'm talking the original, 80s hardcore punk. I was never part of the mohawk/leather jacket look, but I used to do public radio (Australia's equivalent of College Radio), and a fanzine, and, y'know, I was interviewing hardcore punk bands, playing hardcore punk records, going to hardcore punk shows, and most of my friends in the music scene were the hardcore punks ...
I don't know if you've heard of Aussie bands like Depression, Vicious Circle, Arm The Insane, G.A.S.H., Massappeal, or any of those?
Of course, my memory stretches back to the very first wave of punk. I remember hearing "Pretty Vacant" on the radio for the first time and thinking "this changes everything". One of the great regrets of my life is not going to see the Clash when they played their one and only Melbourne show. I also regret not going to see what turned out to be a one-off Birthday Party reunion on NYE 1983. But I did see the Damned, at least. And P.I.L.
Thanks for taking time to introduce yourself to me, you seem like a pretty cool bloke.
I remember Massappeal supporting the Rollins Band on their first Australian tour in 88, and being so loud nearly everyone went and sat in the street outside the pub. Rollins Band were intense, but Rollins was a shit; I met him twice, both times he was an asshole.
Of many bands I saw at the same pub, one of the most memorable was Rose Tattoo. Don't know if you've heard of them? Legendary Aussie band who started in the 70s: loud, LOUD hard rock, hard as fuck guys covered in tatts. Their lead singer, Angry Anderson, is a tiny little bald guy who's as fucking hard as nails.
