well a week ago i pinched a nerve in my back and i could barely get out of bed. now that it has been a week there isn't the sharp pain anymore, there is just a dull ache and a stiffness in my back. i hope in a few days i will be at near 100% because i have to get back to school next week.

Every time you can, bend at the waist a little and push down on your thighs, to pull your back out. I fixed herniated disks that way.
