It's almost the end of week one here in Tucson. Progress has been made as far as packing goes, just not nearly as much as I'd hoped. Though, thanks to the Salvation Army we were able to donate a ton of our stuff that had been storing in the front room, giving us it back! The front and back yards still need to be cleared out and prepped for when we actually sell the house, but those are probably going to be worked on within the next week. And of course, there is still A LOT of packing to do. *rubs temples* I wish you could wave a wand and have it all done. u.u

The distraction from packing has been playing Spore. My hubby purchased it awhile back and introduced it to me the day I arrived. It's really quite addicting! I enjoy the creating process of not only designing various critters but being able to play them and interact with others! I've found that being nice to everyone is the easiest route up to the space stage. Being a carnivore and a predator is the much harder route, plus being one shows what a big wuss I am. Attacking neutral species and eventually wiping them out makes me feel 'bad'. I'd much rather make friends with them. ;]

But yes, this game is much-much fun! it'll be MORE fun once it's installed on my PC back in Cali where my hubby and I don't have to 'fight' to use his PC. :3 I will also upload some of my Spore creations I am proud of as well. Aside from packing and playing Spore, I'm fine and dandy. It was wonderful being "reunited" with my husband again. I had not seen him since he left back in January. Being able to hold him close again was surreal as the both of us had finally "gotten used" to being without each other for a few months. Being able to fall asleep next to him again was all I needed though. It is a feeling I had missed greatly and I'm glad to have it back.

Oh! Before I forget! I will be uploading another voice meme soon. Before my hubby packs up his recording equipment, he'll set up his mic so I can do the voice meme. It'll be of much better quality too. :]

Betcha can't wait for that. ;p
