They say they don't allow characters with childlike proportions and stuff but this artist says "Nah, she's totally over 18 though!" and the admins just accept it, but no-one else can say that and get away with it ¬_¬
I have a character with an absolutely flat chest, you can see her ref sheet here, she's definitely an adult, but no breasts or nipples because hatched from an egg and all that.
Your gallery still has quite a few NSFW pics, but I can see that alot are gone.....

flat-chested women? yeah, no. it shouldn't be enforced for that. in such a case, it's clearly bullshit. but for the case of Shiro, this isn't something worthe fighting. Shiro isn't a flat-chested woman. he's a cuntboy with a perpetually prebuscent body.
Also Shiro, while I thought was a cunt boy... is tagged as female on most of the art. 8| And also described with female pronouns.
So in that case, is s/he a female identifying cunt boy, or??? I see the original ref says cunt boy, but everything else says 'flat chested woman'.

but honestly, I think it's really one of those issues where body type can have some nuances... in reality, an adult with a physically immature body is possible, yes, but not nearly common enough to change all the rules for. they are exceptions, nothing more. rare enough that it doesn't matter. when we're talking about fantasy art of a NSFW nature, it can be presented very often. it gets creepy. let's not forget that there are anime shows wth protagonist characters who are adult women who look like elementary school girls. I, for one, don't think that's ok or good, and I'm not about to change my opinion on it here, either.
as far as how Shiro looks, though, I have never seen a real problem. his character's body doesn't relaly look all that immature. but there is the fact that his description explicitly states he has an immature body. and therein lies the contention. if FA wants to enforce a rule that says "no, we're not allowing pornographic depictions of that", then I say they are perfectly right to do that. I support FA's removal of those pictures.
Or fetishes. Especially with super young characters. Hence were stuff like lolicon and shotacon comes from (which is underage sexual art)
And another is because a lot of adult Japanese women look... quite young. IMO they look like women to me, but to some they may seem 'immature' looking.

But point taken. Perhaps Shiro shouldn't have been describing the character as 'immature' in body shade/form.
I get why one MIGHT describe someone like that, but... it may make people get the wrong ideas about the character.
for the record, though this is really a tangeant, I don't think "well, that's just the way anime is" is a good excuse for that kinda shit in anime.

Good your character looks kinda young, and this is the problem with the rules -> It states as you posted: "Minors are real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and talking or feral animals which are similarly immature." and as it is in the AUP.
That means, because your character looks so young, the Submissions got removed, it doesn't matter if the character is theoretically 18+.
Now the Problem with this is: How does one determine if a character is "childlike"? Here we come to the definition of a child, aka somebody who is below 14y of age. (At least where I live) Tho in your Refsheet it states, that the Character is immortal but has the apperance(!) of a 16y old. (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15290436/ NSFW of your Refsheet)
This might kinda piss people off, especially the Admins, since it "Goes against the rules", however they see the "childlike body"-Thing OR the fact that he has the appearance of a 16y old.
But here's the question: How do you determine if a furry-character looks younger than 18? Obviously this question is something the Admins or anybody else cannot really answer, because there's no real way how to say it and this is the big Problem about this.
They apparently only tackled you because you had a character that looks human-like enough to say "Omgz, it's cub-pornz!" while nobody can say if a furry-character is 18 or not.
In the end: I cannot really say if the removal was legit. Yes the Character looks young but also because of the style how he's drawn. (Anime-Style makes lots of stuff more "cute") But I don't know how the pictures, which got removed, looked like. Suspicious is the amount of submissions, which got removed. (I hardly believe that all those Pictures got drawn by only one person and everyone has their own style which can make a character look more adult or more childlike)
Best way to deal with it: Simply facepalm and move on. The FA-Staff may have again overreacted in the wrong spot, while simply ignoring bigger problems.
