Well, the movie remake is supposedly going to have Johnny Depp as the vampire.

as mentioned in my post to your last journal (Im sure I didn't actually mention if I knew it or not), no, I do not. But anything could probably be much better then Twilight, and all I know is this movie is about vampires.....REAL, good vampires, not the kind that sparkle, hehe

The movie will be based on the show and will deal with ghosts, vampires, witches, werewolves, etc. The show also had a Phoenix, seances, and time travel/alternate dimensions.

Vampire Soap Opera, The vampire guy looked nearly 50-60 and the show started black and white, ended color, the head vampire character was stereotypical Boris Carlof Dracula. and.... it was on Sci Fi ALL THE TIME years ago, almost as much as ghost hunters is now >_<

Also had a cult following lol. My parents watched it when they were kids. We've been renting the DVDs. Wasn't really a Vampire Soap Opera so much as a supernatural one in general. I mean, it took like 200 episodes for Barnabas to even show up. There were ghosts and a Phoenix before him. And my parents said that later there's a witch and a werewolf, but we haven't gotten that far yet. The actors and set people screwed up quite a bit and they didn't have enough air time to do a lot of retakes. It is funny in parts because of this. :D
