IMPORTANT info for my unpaid commissions

You pay!

If you do not pay the total amount, the price will increase by 10% each week, starting from the approved (submitted) date until it is fully payed.
If you are having payment difficulties, tell me! I am more than likely to understand and relate. Buyers with difficulties may have an extra 3 months before the extra 10% kicks in.
THIS NEW ACT APPLIES TO PAST AND FUTURE COMMISSIONERS!
If you commissioned in the past 2 years and have not yet payed, consider this your 3 months notice to pay before the 10% kicks in. ;)
To avoid dispute, these new terms are neutral to social status. No one may be exempt. I will not hold any bias, I don't want to go down that road.

I'm fascinated to hear how you actually intend to enforce this. If people don't pay you, what's jacking the price up going to accomplish but making them not pay you more?
And if they are having troubles they have 3 months to find the forty-or-so-dollars before any extra charge kicks in. A determined person can find that amount overnight.
People are more likely to pay quickly, if it means they will pay less.
