Apparently Alaska/American is having a crazy sale right now on flights from SFO to Chicago so I snagged my flight. Should be at MFF just before noon on Thursday and leaving Monday around noon. I just need to arrange room space still. For the moment I'm crossing my fingers hoping to snag a room cancellation like last year.

With the house sold I'm wasting no time getting back on the horse so to speak. I was culling through listings all during the closing process highlighting ones that interested me so I could get right to it. I spent the last couple of weeks going through the list checking off places and yesterday I found one that fits all my current needs and still has enough space that in the future I wouldn't hate having confined myself to it. Everything checks out so far, so I expect I'll be putting an offer in on it early this week!
