I'm about to smack my internet up

Okay, so I know I only have a few watchers and only a few might care at all, but I've been having internet issues since Friday and here's the break down to explain what's going on.
1. My router was disconnected Thursday morning to make room for swapping to a new ISP which would be installed the following day. Which that was kind of expected, and easily bearable.
2. Come Friday the guy doing the installation for [COMPANY NAME REDACTED] was AN HOUR LATE even though the time frame was anywhere from 2pm to 5pm. He showed up at nearly 6pm. Once here he got everything set in place where we wanted, BUT didn't have a working cable box, nor did he have a working remote for it. That was my first flag. Then I get to my room, and I see that I can connect, but I am instantly pushed to Limited if I'm not tempted with about half a minute of internet access and then kicked to Limited status again. THIS is where many, many flags started going up for me.
Well, seeing as I couldn't do anything then and there I just gave up for the night and went about playing more of my games since I couldn't work on any pieces at the time.
3. On Saturday I had to call a friend of mine that had planned on coming over anyway to see if he could come over sooner than expected because I needed help moving my room around after having my old bookshelf nearly fall apart. Which we got a new bookshelf, moved my room around, and seeing that even after the move around that my computer couldn't connect I had to go to the local Wal-Mart to buy a signal extender that was SUPPOSED to remedy the issue of a weak signal. Which ultimately it didn't do.
4. And today (Sunday) we've had nothing but trouble out of the connection. I still couldn't connect, Uncle couldn't connect either, and same for my Aunt. No one could connect. So my Uncle makes a quick call to [COMPANY NAME REDACTED] to see about getting it sorted out quickly until tomorrow when we will have a guy come out to make sure EVERYTHING works before they have to leave for a trip to Texas.
Which means I SHOULD have a connection for at least this next week to do streams, and possibly taking small commission during the week. And I should be getting my own PERSONAL router installed in the near future to make sure that I no longer have any issues with connecting and attending to my own personal business.
