I am starting a software project for artists to keep track of their commissions. Who commissioned, details about both the commissioner and the commission, keeps the pics with the commission so you can easily see the sketch, the line arts stage etc, email it to the commissioner with one click, etc.
What features would you like to see in this? What would be most beneficial?

Hooking into the art program would be useful as well - just click a button on the list and the WIP is opened based on the filetype - a .psd executing in photoshop, for example
You register on the site with whatever username and password, and then you 'link' to an FA name (or whatever else). The link works by the application generating a random string and asking you to insert it into some content that the user controls, like a journal or user profile page.
Then, the other site scrapes this one, finds the code, and remembers the association between that user and the FA user
