I've updated my commission ToS. `v` I mostly just re-wrote some parts so there's no major changes or anything. The only real changes are the addition of providing your email in the commission form, and the part regarding commissions for certain dates, which has changed from a 3 weeks notice prior to the event to a whole month.

But yeah! I thought it was worth mentioning
