COMMON MISTAKES IN "BEATAILS"

The Beatails return!
These are details on Bea that get looked over or mistaken on a regular basis.
I just wanted to make a list to clear some stuff up!
From her tippy top to her tippy toes
HORNS: One of the most common confusions! They DO NOT point back. They DO NOT point in. They ARE NOT 'C' shaped or like devil horns. They are 'S' shaped! They point away from each other, on the side of her head. <--- S --->
EARS: These are LARGE. They're like big dumb rabbit ears, with 3 tufts on the end.
HER right (left ear on her reference) has a black band on it. The other ear DOES NOT. Ribbed inside!
EYES: She DOES NOT have pupils! She DOES have a sclera AND an iris! Her sclera is black. Her iris is a ring of grapefruit pink and yellow. Star shaped shines act as a pseudo pupil.
NOSE: NOT. A. DOG. NOSE. This is the biggest thing I find people confuse when drawing her! She is a dragon. Her nose is round and soft with nostrils and a swirl. There is no dog shaped nose. So not draw her with a defined nose shape. She has a septum piercing and that is it. Dragon nose.
MOUTH: BEAUTY MARK. IS. IMPORTANT. VERY SMALL BUT IMPORTANT. DO NOT FORGET. OR THINK IT'S A PIERCING. IT IS A LITTLE MOLE/BEAUTY MARK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HER LIPS. (right if you're looking at the ref)
BODY: She is curvy!! Do not draw her super skinny. She is a soft fluffy chubby bunny. Dottegon.. Thing..
TAIL: Very long! She is 5'5, her tail is 5'0. Floor dragger.
FEET: There are two stripes on her RIGHT ankle ONLY! (left when looking at the ref)

People always mess her up...always. I have never gotten an accurate pic of her. I always have to point out mistakes.
I know how frustrating it is. I had to update her ref several times. I even wrote beside the pic and pointed arrows at the markings and where they go and they still get her wrong. She isn't even complex.
Your sona is absolutely gorgeous. Its sad that people draw her wrong. :c

I know right! People always add extra markings, forget a marking, or forget the white ear fluff. I also noticed that people draw her eyes closed a lot. Is it that hard to draw triangular slits in her eyes!?
Same here. 4th ref so far. I do to. I love when people draw her but it urks me that they forget something. I don't want to be rude either and tell them so I just try to ignore it.
