so what kind of debt amount are we talking here and how quickly are they collecting and is it possible to send money in other ways since i and paypal have only a passing relationship. (also they suck fees out) i simply make to little on disability to see losing fees on anything i send you if i can.

At the moment I think its a little bit unclear... but I'm going to be speaking with the Citizen's Advice Beaureu within the next day, to find out what I can do, what action I can take, how much I can defend myself given the circumstances. etc. etc.

At this point I think its probably going to wind up being a court case. Simply due to the fact that
the agency i needed to get my proof of tennancy from are terribly incoperative,.. I sent a letter stating my rights (which was recored so I have proof they recieved my request)

The sum the debt collectors are saying I owe is is for £953. Which keep in mind, they stated to me on the phone that it was basically for after the term I was living in that flat. This is why I need to get that contract. The electric company does say that some of it is before I left. So I will still need to pay off a few hundred quid. (I could of sworn I paid everything off before I left. I guess this goes to show I should keep all bill reciepts for a really long time. :/)

They however, keep coming out with different dates. I'll dig up the last letter and send the link to you for the last one I got. Which was pretty much saying that the next move is taking me to court :/ So I'm kind of expecting that to show up soon...

But yeah If that is the case.. I probably have -some- time. I'm just not wholly clear on what time Ive got.

and i understand that stuff. i am still getting threatened with my school loans (35 thousand about now) even though i was supposed to be forgiven them due to disability. but they keep changing when you had to be disabled before. and while once i was well within that date they moved it. (thanks Bush you nugget of pure fuck)

of course i want to see them take anything of mine to pay it. i own nothing. not even the computer i am typing on right now is mine.

Wish SOuth Africans could, but paypal doesnt exsist here and if we send money manually through 3 banks it will cost R600/$60/50 euros or so... expensive stuff. But we can try get other furs we chat to to help?
