Anyone seen this hoofburd?

So, heyya...A while back, so long ago i cannot remember, i was given This picture and i cannot remember the artist, and, i want to find them and thank them for it...and see if i can ever get it upgraded to a fully-colored, because it's so gorgeous, i just want to see it in full glory.

:< Sorry to disappoint then, she said it doesn't look the same.....I think there's a slim chance of style having shifted over time. How long ago did you say you received it? (just in case if you want to ask, the person who drew her sketch that I thought might be the same person, goes by "zerolativity")
